you select will automatically appear on your E-C-Q payment cheque as
the partial payment rate. This cannot be changed by the customer. The
remaining portion will be paid to you after 20 days, unless the customer
has a concern and invokes the mediation insurance option. |

Mediation
insurance is charged at the following rates. 1% of the total cost of
the purchase. There is a minimum fee of $2.00 By pre-paying for the
mediation insurance you will help yourself and your customers. When
there is a problem that is difficult to resolve you can get help from
professional mediators using E-C-Q's contract with Onlineresolution.
