Build Your Own KayakCourse OverviewIt takes approximately 60 hours to build a kayak.To allow for drying of glues, paints, varnishes etc. we offer the option of either 5 weekends consisting of 12 hours kayak building per weekend, or, alternately, 60 hours spread over 16 days. All work takes place in a large, fully equipped, well lighted work area.
The kayak shown in the photo gallery is only one of a number of models to choose from. If preferred, instruction can be provided for a number of different options.
